Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Prosthetist Clinical Lead who is looking for an opportunity to develop their career and be a part of our large and dynamic team in Cambridge.The role involves working with a complex clinical caseload and requires clinical expertise in at least one area of prosthetics, with opportunities to develop into different specialties. The role holder will be instrumental in managing the prosthetic clinical team and providing support and insight to the technical team and the wider NHS MDT to advance and improve the delivery of the service.The role holder will be an integral member of the senior clinical team within Opcare and will provide mentoring support to less experienced prosthetists, graduates, and students.Onsite at Cambridge, we work closely with the gait lab team, specialist physiotherapists and orthopaedic surgeons for surgical and medical planning pathways for paediatric and adult amputees.
