Opcare, part of the AM Healthcare, is the largest supplier of prosthetic and orthotic services to the NHS. The role involves managing a prosthetics clinical team, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with the technical team and wider NHS MDT to advance service delivery.Key Responsibilities
Line management of the Prosthetics clinical teamReporting on delivery of the service in line with NHS and internal KPIsEnsure delivery of high-quality care for all patients and smooth service operationWork closely with multidisciplinary teams across Cambridgeshire and the wider Trust, including surgeons and consultantsShare knowledge with junior colleagues and provide mentorship to graduates and studentsCoordinate and contribute to in-service training sessionsSupport development and service improvements for patients in CambridgeshireJoin a busy team with access to local, regional, and national training to develop clinical and managerial skillsQualifications
