The Clinical Lead will play a key role in maintaining and developing the high standards of care the home is known for. This position combines hands-on clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, ensuring both residents and staff receive the support they need to thrive.Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the care and nursing teams in delivering safe, person-centred careOversee care planning, medication management, and clinical governanceProvide mentoring, training, and professional guidance to staff, supported by the in-house training officerConduct audits and drive quality assurance processes across the homeWork closely with families, healthcare professionals, and external bodies to ensure the best outcomes for residentsChampion the home\''s philosophy of care, promoting dignity, independence, and well-beingThe Ideal Candidate
