The Clinical Lead will work alongside the Home Manager, providing leadership to the care and nursing teams while ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice. This role combines hands-on nursing with management responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for a senior nurse to step into a pivotal leadership position.Key Responsibilities
Leading and supporting the nursing and care teams in delivering outstanding, person-centred careOverseeing care planning, medication management, and clinical governanceProviding mentorship, training, and supervision to staff, ensuring professional development across the teamConducting audits and contributing to quality assurance processesLiaising with families, medical professionals, and external agencies to ensure continuity of careActing as a positive role model, promoting best practice and a culture of compassion and respectIdeal Candidate
