Client Services Coordinator

We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to support the running of a busy business centre in Stevenage. You will deliver excellent customer service, and help create a positive experience for clients and visitors. This role offers a mix of customer service, administration, sales support, and operational responsibilities.

The client has a focus on exceptional customer care, and wants someone who can join them in delivering this experience to uphold their great standards.

Key Details

• Monday to Friday on site 08:30-17:00
• Starting salary circa -28,000
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas shutdown

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Respond to enquiries by phone and email, arranging viewings and following up on leads.
• Manage client administration, including records, invoicing, and service updates.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared to company standards.
• Monitor stock levels, report maintenance issues, and support general centre operations.
• Work closely with the Centre Manager to assist in all areas of the business.
• Ensure meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy and that centre staff are aware of bookings.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues where appropriate.

Experience Needed

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer facing role.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
• Able to work independently, use initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in a concierge or business centre environment would be beneficial.
