Part-Time Client Services Executive

Location: Harlow, Essex
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working hours: Flexible between 8:15am and 4:45pm
Salary: -17.07 per hour + company benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Client Services Executive to join a successful and growing business in Harlow.

This is a varied role combining sales, account management and customer service, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business and providing excellent service to existing clients.

The Role

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Proactively contact prospective clients by telephone and email
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through to conversion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop and grow existing key accounts
• Handle customer enquiries, orders, returns and complaints
• Promote products and services to new and existing customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales information
• Research new markets and identify potential opportunities
• Support the wider Customer Services team when required

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or account management
• A strong track record of generating and closing new business
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence speaking with customers and prospective clients
• A positive, resilient and target-driven approach
• Strong organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload

E-commerce experience would be desirable but is not essential.
