I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor who are currently looking to hire an experienced Site Manager due to a number of new contracts being awarded. My client operates across the civils sector on renewable energy projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring health, safety, and quality compliance.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Maintain site records and ensure all works are carried out under relevant regulations.
- Act as the Competent Person on site, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on substation projects.
- Valid Competent Person for National Grid.
- SMSTS ticket holder.
- CSCS card.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication skills.
