Civil Technician

Civil Technician Location: London, UK Employment Type: Full-time Working Arrangement: Hybrid Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience About the Role We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Civil Technician to join our growing London-based design consultancy. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced civil engineers, infrastructure specialists and other design professionals, contributing to the delivery of a diverse range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Technician looking to develop their technical skills and gain experience across a variety of projects within a collaborative consultancy environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and technical documentation for infrastructure and development projects. Produce and amend drawings using AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D. Assist with the design and detailing of: Roads and highways Drainage and sewerage systems Earthworks and levels Pavements External works and site infrastructure Prepare engineering layouts, long sections, cross sections, profiles and construction details. Work from engineers'' calculations, design information, surveys and project specifications to produce accurate technical drawings. Assist engineers with the preparation of design packages for planning, technical approval and construction.
