Contract Civil Infrastructure / Drainage Technician £35 £40 per hour Outside IR35 Fully Remote (UK) Causeway Flow Site 3D Drainage Design SuDS External Works An established engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Contract Civil Infrastructure / Drainage Technician to support a growing workload of residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects across the UK. This opportunity is particularly suited to a technician with strong experience in drainage design using Causeway Flow and external levels, earthworks and infrastructure design using Site 3D. The position offers fully remote working, competitive hourly rates and the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of development infrastructure projects. The Role Working alongside a team of Civil Infrastructure Engineers, you will be responsible for producing detailed drainage and external works designs from initial layouts through to technical approval and construction. Key responsibilities include: Producing detailed foul and surface water drainage designs using Causeway Flow. Designing Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), including attenuation systems, swales, basins and associated drainage infrastructure. Undertaking drainage calculations, hydraulic modelling and network design using Causeway Flow. Producing detailed external levels, site grading, earthworks and road designs using Site 3D.
