Civil Engineering Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER // PUTNEY, LONDON // OUTSIDE IR35
Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a flood relief scheme in Putney. This is a contract opportunity working across groundworks, civil engineering, drainage, paving and bricklaying activities, managing projects from site through to successful completion.

You''ll be responsible for overseeing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project. You will manage project programmes, ensure key milestones are achieved, oversee budgets and forecasts, control variations and costs, and produce regular 3-week look-ahead programmes to keep works on track.

You must have an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent), SMSTS and a valid First Aid at Work certificate. Previous experience delivering groundworks, drainage and civil engineering projects is essential, along with a strong understanding of safe project delivery and programme management.

Top day rate on offer, paid outside IR35 via CIS, with the opportunity to lead a key flood relief project for a reputable client.
