Civil Engineering DirectorLondon 80k- 100k plus benefitsOur client is seeking a Civil Engineering Director to lead and develop their existing established civil engineering team. They are looking for a dynamic leader who would be keen to take ownership of the civils side of the business, with vision to shape the future of the team and develop client relationships, adding value through excellence in design with a focus on sustainability. You will lead and manage drainage projects from inception through to completion. You will play a pivotal role in the technical delivery of below ground drainage systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices. You will also mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering an environment of growth and knowledge-sharing within the team.
