Job Title: Built Environment and Civil Engineering TutorLocation: Remote Salary: Up to £40,000 per annumRole Type: PermanentAbout the Role / Job Summary:We are seeking a committed Built Environment and Civil Engineering Tutor to join our team. This role involves delivering remote teaching sessions to apprentices and managing a rolling curriculum. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of future professionals in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Deliver remote teaching sessions to cohorts of apprentices.Conduct tutor-led teaching in the mornings, followed by directed learning and learner support in the afternoons.Teach four days per week, with a dedicated fifth day for preparation and administration.Manage a rolling curriculum delivered in six-week blocks, followed by assessment and marking activities.Qualifications:Relevant industry experience in Built Environment and/or Civil Engineering.Teaching experience within Further Education, apprenticeships, or work-based learning.Ability to teach learners studying both the apprenticeship standard and the associated technical qualification.Familiarity with apprenticeship standards and associated qualifications, including Civil Engineering Senior Technician, Construction Design and Build Technician, and others.Education Requirements:A recognised Level 4 teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent preferred).Experience Requirements:Experience delivering teaching Civil Engineering and Build Environment ..... full job details .....
