Chef Manager .School Location: Twyford Church of England High School, W3 9PP.Working Days: Monday to Friday.Shifts and Working hours: 6:30am-3:30pm (45 hours per week).Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks).Base pay: £38,000 per year. Benefits include bonus potential up to 10% of salary, free meals on shift, IFG uniform, and a company pension with other IFG benefits.

Your BackgroundWe’re open to people with great cooking and people management skills. You will be an experienced Chef Manager, used to cooking using fresh seasonal ingredients at volume, managing your kitchen and liaising directly with onsite clients. As manager you will head up the team, ensuring service runs smoothly and that all due diligence is adhered to.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals at scale.

Liaise directly with onsite clients to ensure service expectations are met.

Ensure all due diligence, safety, and compliance requirements are followed.

Maintain fresh, seasonal ingredients and oversee menu execution.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role in a high-volume environment.

Strong cooking skills with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Strong people management and communication abilities.
