is a vegetarian school with a proud tradition of serving fresh, high-quality, plant-based meals, and we are seeking a Chef Manager.Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the school kitchen and manage the kitchen team.Deliver fresh, high-quality meals for pupils, staff, and visitors.Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations and school policies.Collaborate with Holroyd Howe and school stakeholders to plan menus that meet nutritional and dietary requirements.Provide on-site leadership, training, and development for kitchen staff.Maintain high standards of service and food presentation, while managing food costs and waste.Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar leadership role within a school or contract catering environment.Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and health and safety regulations.Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a kitchen team.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with school staff and suppliers.Seniority level
