Overview

Sushi Gourmet are recruiting a full-time Area Support Manager to join our team, supporting various kiosks with production, training and mentoring. You will be the go-to person for the area. This role requires your own vehicle and mileage will be paid.Responsibilities

Support kiosks with production, training and mentoring.Be the go-to person for the area.Lead people, build confidence and capability in your team enabling them to succeed.Work in a fast-paced environment while always leading by example.Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food safety and brand standards on site.Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift.Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.Place weekly orders, manage daily stock rotation and perform monthly stock takes.Shifts can start as early as 6am.Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered.Qualifications

Able to be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health and safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations.Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for customers, clients and staff.Highly organised with a focus on forward planning.Experience in leading people, who can build confidence and capability in your team enabling them to succeed.Good understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.Reliable transportation for your commute to work in the early morning.Additional Information / Benefits
