NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience.Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of safeguarding pathways and CQC standards.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop care teams.Experience building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and professionals.The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, leading and mentoring staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. You will also take full responsibility for the home in the Home Manager''s absence.Key responsibilities
