Care Home Chef 30-Bed Care Home Churston, BrixhamCare Home Chef Full Time 30-Bed Care Home AV2065 Churston, Brixham AV2038A40 Hours per Week Location: Churston, Brixham, Devon Pay: £26,832.00 per annum Shift: 8am 6pm Working Pattern: 4 days per weekAbout the RoleWe are recruiting a dedicated and experienced Care Home Chef to join a welcoming 30-bed residential care home in the beautiful Churston area of Brixham.The home is situated in beautiful surroundings on a golf course, providing a peaceful and attractive environment for residents and staff.As a Care Home Chef, you will play a vital role in preparing nutritious, appetising and well-presented meals for residents, while ensuring all dietary, nutritional and food safety requirements are met.Working 40 hours per week across 4 days, with shifts from 8am 6pm, you will be responsible for planning and preparing meals, catering for individual dietary requirements and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.A good understanding and practical knowledge of IDDSI (International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative) is essential, along with a strong understanding of SFBB (Safer Food, Better Business) procedures.You will become an important part of a dedicated team, helping to ensure residents receive high-quality meals that support their health, wellbeing and enjoyment.About the Home 30-bed residential care homeLocated in Churston, BrixhamSet in beautiful surroundings on a golf courseWarm and welcoming ..... full job details .....
