We are looking for an organised, professional and customer-focused Call Handler to join our busy and friendly team. The Role As a Call Handler, you will be an important first point of contact for our clients, residents and customers. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, accurately recording maintenance and repair requests, and ensuring jobs are passed to the appropriate teams efficiently. Working within a fast-paced maintenance environment, you will need to remain calm and professional while managing a varied workload and providing an excellent level of customer service.
