Multilingual Data Collection Call Handler

(Fully Remote)

V-Recruit are currently recruiting for fully remote Outbound Call Handlers/Data Entry Assistants on temp-perm contracts.

The primary purpose of these roles is to work on behalf of our client, who are contracted to complete business verification and data collection by their funding clients to confirm and update the following:

• Confirming that businesses exist and are actively trading
• Verifying business addresses and contact details
• Confirming whether businesses genuinely sell or supply specific products
• Establishing whether businesses operate in wholesale, retail, bulk supply or export markets, where required
• Accurately recording verified information using Microsoft Office and internal systems

The role is strictly focused on factual verification and data collection. Although this is an outbound calling role, there is no selling, upselling or requirement to sell any product or services.

Please note that these are fully remote roles, and all applicants MUST be bilingual/multilingual in one or more of the following languages; Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese.

Job specifics

This role is fully remote

Working days: Usually Monday to Friday, with every other weekend required

Working hours: 9am-5pm

Full-time roles available only (no part time) – the business operates Monday – Sunday so flexibility is important as candidates may be required to work across any of the five days, depending on business requirements. It is attempted to ensure that two days off per week are together, and that only one in every two weekends are worked.

Overtime available

£18 per hour, for the first 12 weeks, PAYE (paid weekly)

Temp to Perm contract, with successful candidates having the opportunity to accept a permanent role after first 12 weeks, which will come with an increased rate.

Candidate Requirements

This vacancy is based on fully remote working, and therefore we are looking for candidates who are capable and comfortable working fully remotely, with no office-based or hybrid work offered. You will need to be self-motivated and comfortable working with various computer-based systems.

Candidates must also:

• Be multilingual, and speak fluent Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese and must also speak fluent English
• Be experienced in call handling, ideally outbound and be comfortable taking accurate information from the customers, and be able to record it accurately
• Other experienced in data entry or administration would be advantageous
• Be willing to work to targets and KPI’s and follow processes of work (full training given)
• Be willing to work on a dialler system for inbound and outbound calls
• Although full software and IT systems required for the roll will be provided, you need to have an appropriate workspace available to you – i.e. quiet and private setting with appropriate desk and chair, appropriate speed internet etc.

• CV/Application review and initial shortlisting
• First stage telephone interview/phone screen with VRecruit – full job details and candidate suitability will be discussed in full, and any initial questions answered
• VRecruit will submit CV’s to our client who will vet CV’s
• Following further shortlisting, there will be an interview (approximately 2030 minutes) including a language assessment
• VRecruit complete vetting and further compliance checks
• Position offered to successful candidates, and offer sent in writing
• Start date and system set up
• Training to commence
