• CACHE Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification or equivalent recognised qualification
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability and flexibility

Paediatric First Aid is desirable/required depending on the setting.
