Hatched Recruitment Group is recruiting a Business Support Clerk to join Belfast City Council''s Legal Services team on a short-term, part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for an organised administrator looking for flexible hours in a professional city-centre office.

What you''ll be doing:

• Providing clerical support, including filing, photocopying and processing internal and external mail
• Data input and extraction, call handling and cash handling
• Word processing letters, memos, reports and other documents, including PowerPoint presentations
• Helping prepare routine statistical and performance information
• Arranging meetings and taking minutes
• Dealing with customers face-to-face, by phone and email, including front desk and reception cover

What you''ll need:

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Admin experience, including data input, filing and correspondence
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer care and teamwork skills
• The ability to plan and prioritise your work to meet deadlines
• Availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
