Business Change Manager

My client is looking for two Business Change Managers that have experience of working on Oracle ERP implementations to join their growing team. This would be working as part of a consultancy, onsite at a government client so current SC level security clearance is needed. The BCM will support the Senior Business Change Manager with the delivery of the change and comms strategy, working with different areas of the business to ensure the smooth implementation of change. This is a broad role which will require the successful candidate to be comfortable across all aspects of change activities. With excellent stakeholder engagement skills you will be adept at working with a diverse range of stakeholders across the business. You will need to be Prosci certified and hold current SC level security clearance to be considered for this role. Experience needed; Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager with experience of developing strategies Current SC clearance Experience of working on at least one Enterprise scale Oracle ERP implementation Experience of writing and delivering communication plans Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work with people across the business both technical and non-technical PROSCI Change Management certification Experience of working within a government environment would be highly desirable The role is based predominantly remotely with the need to go onto client site in either London or Reading approx every two weeks but ..... full job details .....
