Goodman Masson are currently working with a social housing organisation in Surrey to recruit for an interim Surveyor.Pay Rate: £350 - £450 a day Umbrella An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a busy local authority property team. Working within a close-knit team and reporting directly to the Building Services and Facilities Manager, you''ll play a key role in delivering a varied portfolio of building projects, compliance activities and planned maintenance across the council''s operational and residential estate.This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor who enjoys variety. No two days are the same, with responsibilities ranging from fire safety and compliance, planned capital works and contract management through to condition surveys, repairs, complaints and project delivery.The RoleYou''ll provide professional surveying expertise across a diverse portfolio of council-owned buildings, ensuring assets are safe, compliant and well maintained.
