Building Surveyor (Disrepair & Aids and Adaptations)

I wanted to make you aware of an Interim Surveyor opportunity that has just come in.

Role Overview:

• Initial 3-month contract, with the potential to roll on thereafter.
• -350 per day.
• Hybrid working - 4 days on site, 1 day working from home.

The Role:

• Managing a range of surveying responsibilities across the housing stock.
• Handling disrepair cases (essential experience required).
• Overseeing aids and adaptations.
• Carrying out general surveying duties.

What They''re Looking For:

• An experienced Surveyor with a strong housing background.
• Previous disrepair experience is essential.
• Despite the title previously being referred to as a "Senior Surveyor", there are no line management responsibilities, so they''re simply looking for someone with solid technical surveying experience.
