Because the more perspectives we share, the better we can be.The Role:Reporting to the Head of PR, the Brand Experiences Manager oversees the strategy, development, and execution of pinnacle brand experiences that resonate with our target consumer. Spanning across PR, influencer, and community events, this role creates unforgettable experiences that enhance the UGG brand’s presence across the EMEA region.Your Impact:Drive the overall short and long-term Experience and Events Strategy and execution in key cities across the EMEA regionBuild event strategy specifically for our target consumer, developing robust, engaging, and out-of-the-box event concepts that tap into cultural nuances in key markets and citiesWork closely with appropriate global stakeholders to review concepts for Brand Experiences such as Feel House and reinterpret for the EMEA region as appropriateCollaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, trade, media, and more to maximize events and bring them to lifeLead all internal communications around events, including sharing details with cross-functional teamsDeliver KPI reports that inform future strategies for Brand ExperiencesCreate recaps summarizing events, calling out key learnings and future opportunitiesOwn logistics, including critical path, event one-sheet, and vendor selection and managementSuggest and onboard partners that help communicate and amplify the brand''s story, contribute to guest listsManage event budget, inclusive of all event items, and submit invoicesShare industry best practices and examples from competitor brands on a monthly basisContinually research new venues, vendors, and experiences-related opportunitiesWho You Are:A team player, who thrives working in a cross functional collaborative environmentSomeone who has ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environmentExcellent communicatorCreative and passionate about the industryWe would Love toHearfrom People with:Fashion / footwear / lifestyle industry experience is desirableExperience in event strategy and executionExperience in 3rd party / agency selection and managementHighly organized and detail-orientedProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointWhat We Will Give You: (not all applicable for every role)Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.Generous Holidays + Bank Holidays and some time away from work – on top of generous holiday allowance, we can generally take advantage of half day Fridays providing our work is finished for the week.Extras, discounts, perks and volunteering opportunities - Being a valued member of the Deckers Brands team means more than just a pay-check.
