Champion the guest experience by turning feedback into actions that improve service and performanceSupport the team in meeting and exceeding guest experience targetsHelp train and develop the experience team to deliver exceptional serviceManage telephones during operational hours to ensure seamless communicationOversee gas and electrical testing to maintain compliance and safetyWork closely with park teams and central support to uphold high standards and deliver outstanding customer service.Are we the right fit for you?
