We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a vibrant school team in Wolverton. In this role, you will provide crucial one-to-one support to students, helping them develop positive behaviour strategies and fostering a nurturing environment where they can thrive.
What Youandrsquo;ll Do:
Offer personalised support to students, guiding them in managing their behaviour effectively
Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere that promotes learning and personal development
Work closely with teachers and staff to design and implement tailored behaviour management plans
Serve as a positive role model, inspiring students to overcome challenges and reach their potential
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
Experience working with children or young adults, particularly those facing behavioural difficulties, is highly valued
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with students
Patience, resilience, and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to support diverse needs
A strong commitment to inclusivity and equality in education
Valid DBS check or the willingness to obtain one
