We are seeking an enthusiastic behavior mentorandnbsp;to support students in Hemel Hempstead, starting in September 2025. This role is ideal for someone with experience in behaviour management, youth work, or mentoring who is keen to make a real difference to young peopleandrsquo;s education and emotional well-being.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting students in class and in small group interventions
• Helping to remove barriers to learning caused by behavioural or emotional challenges
• Mentoring students to develop confidence, motivation, and resilience
• Assisting teachers in maintaining a calm, respectful classroom environment
• Recording behaviour incidents and contributing to intervention strategies

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience supporting students with behavioural needs in schools or youth settings
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Calm, patient, and consistent approach
• Commitment to promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Team player with a growth mindset
• Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain one)
