Job Title: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Milton Keynes (MK6)

Contract Type: Full-time – Temp to Perm
Salary: £90 – £120 per day (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
A forward-thinking secondary school in Milton Keynes is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support students across KS3 and KS4 who present with social, emotional, or behavioural needs. The successful candidate will work 1:1 and with small groups to build trust, encourage positive behaviour, and help pupils engage in their learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with behavioural and emotional needs
- Implement de-escalation strategies and restorative approaches
- Collaborate with teachers, SEND staff, and external professionals
- Monitor student progress and behaviour reports
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people with SEMH or behavioural needs
- Resilient, calm under pressure, and able to build rapport quickly
- Background in education, youth work, or mentoring is desirable
