We are looking for an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to support students in a mainstream secondary school in Aylesbury, beginning in September 2025.
This is an ideal role for someone with experience in behaviour management, youth work, or mentoring, looking to make a direct impact on young peopleandrsquo;s education and emotional well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
Supporting students in class and in small intervention groups
Helping to reduce barriers to learning caused by behaviour or emotional challenges
Mentoring students to build confidence, motivation and resilience
Supporting teachers in maintaining a calm, respectful learning environment
Logging behaviour incidents and contributing to intervention planning
