Work with adult patients alongside dietitians, community-based district nursing staff and the Nutrition Nursing team to advise and support on all aspects of enteral feeding in adults.The team liaises closely with acute units, enteral feeding companies, community hospitals and nursing homes in relation to home enteral feeding discharges, assessment for initiation of enteral feeding, direct patient care and staff training.Working alongside the Specialist Nutrition Nurses for Adults, you will gain expert knowledge and support patients in their own homes to prevent admission to hospital.Requirements / Qualifications

Experience in enteral feeding (including PEGs and nasogastric tubes) is essential.Interest in enteral nutrition and ability to work with adult patients, dietitians, community-based district nursing staff and our Nutrition Nursing team.How to apply / Contact
