Band 6 Specialist Occupational TherapistThe Post holder will:Be competent as appropriate to the requirements of the role.Put people at the heart of what we do, empowering people to improve care and wellbeing, delivering better health and care in partnership.Be a specialist occupational therapist with detailed professional and clinical knowledge, focusing on areas such as rehabilitation, integrated community, community intervention, and reablement.Be responsible for a defined population of service users across community and hospital settings within the Trust.Assess complex/specialist care/support needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care/support packages.Possess supervisory, training, and leadership responsibilities where appropriate, with some responsibility for team performance and service development.Demonstrate initiative and creativity in problem-solving.Work with the team leader on delegated tasks related to team ..... full job details .....
