Associate Quantity Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary Real Estate Construction Consultancy with an international presence, are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in their London Cost Management team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor''s role

Working alongside the Quantity Surveying and Project Management directors, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will help support the growth and development of the Quantity Surveying division which will involve managing clients, and getting involved in business development activities.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor shall also delivery projects, providing pre and post cost management services including feasibility studies, cost plans, cost reports, benchmarking, on an array of commercial real estate schemes.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a MSc or BSc in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS is preferred
• Commercial project sector experience
• Client facing
• London Cost Management / PQS experience
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• Comfortable getting involved in business development
