across the UK.This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of transactions across Private Equity, Financial Services, Corporates, and Capital Markets, advising senior stakeholders and shaping complex deals while developing your leadership career.What you’ll be doing:Leading and structuring large, complex workstreams in fast-paced, changing environmentsManaging and developing client relationships, contributing to business development and proposition buildingProviding clear, high-quality advice and insights to clients as a trusted adviserManaging risk effectively across engagementsDeveloping and coaching teams, acting as a role model for values and cultureWhat we’re looking for:Strong academic background and a financial qualification (ACA or equivalent desirable)Significant experience managing transaction or advisory engagementsConfident working with senior management teams across diverse clients, including corporates and PEStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and deliver clear recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordA collaborative leader who thrives in high-performing, multi-disciplinary ..... full job details .....
