This role is for an Associate Director – Property Management in Central London. Deliver best-in-class property management services across mixed-use trophy assets.Oversee building operations, service charges, and asset performance.Lead on tenant engagement with luxury and corporate occupiers.Collaborate with in-house experts to drive innovation in sustainability, technology, and customer experience.Mentor junior team members and support their development.About You

MRICS qualified (or close to achieving).Senior Surveyor or Associate Director.Solid technical understanding of multi-let building operations and service charges.Track record in Central London asset management.Strong communicator, able to engage confidently with high-profile clients and occupiers.Ambitious, proactive, and career-driven.Why Join?
