Description The Associate Director (Commercial) will: Take responsibility for a portfolio of commercial properties and key client relationships. Deliver high-quality property management services across multiple assets. Manage lease and tenancy schedules, lease events, rent reviews and expiries. Liaise regularly with clients, occupiers, solicitors and internal stakeholders. Attend and lead tenant and client meetings. Oversee licence applications and occupier-related requests.
