My client is a leading healthcare business looking to appoint an experienced senior healthcare leader to provide strategic clinical leadership across the organisation and a range of health services. Alongside a solid senior leadership track record, the role requires someone with a current professional registration, which could be NMC, GMC, HCPC, BABCP etc)

A key focus will be to drive clinical innovation, ensuring-that the organisation is operating-at the forefront of best practice. You will be someone who can build a cohesive, effective-management team, fostering a high-performance-culture based on-continuous improvement.

You will develop the organisation''s clinical strategy, have responsibility for project management of service development and innovation projects, oversee clinical governance and quality assurance, and manage key strategic stakeholder relationships.-

You will lead and inspire your team across a range of community-based public health-services including mental health, children''s services, addiction recovery, sexual health and more.-
