This is an opportunity to take a leading role in the development of a growing Water Engineering business, with genuine influence over technical delivery, clients, people and future growth.The OpportunityA rapidly growing engineering consultancy is looking for an Associate Director to help lead and develop its Water capability in the UK.The business has grown to around 50 people in five years, has recently completed an acquisition and has ambitious plans for further expansion. This role is central to that growth.You will work across water infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects, operating in a fast-moving Design and Build environment and working closely with contractors and clients. Alongside technical leadership, you will have the opportunity to develop client relationships, identify new opportunities and help shape the Water business as it grows.Key Responsibilities Lead Water Engineering projects and technical delivery Work across infrastructure and non-infrastructure Water schemes Provide technical leadership within a Design and Build environment Develop and maintain key client and contractor relationships Support, mentor and develop engineers, including Chartership progression Help grow the Water team and its technical capability Identify and develop commercial opportunities ..... full job details .....
