Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Assist with cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management for the project. -
• Work collaboratively with the Quantity Surveyor to ensure the accurate preparation of valuations, cost reports, and final accounts. -
• Conduct site visits to track progress and assess project cost implications.-
• Support the procurement process, including preparing tender documentation and assessing bids. -
• Measure and value work completed on-site to inform interim payment applications and variations. -
• Assist in managing risks and opportunities related to project costs. -
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations while maintaining confidentiality under the NDA. -
• Maintain accurate project records and comprehensive cost documentation. -

Qualifications -

• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role, with prior exposure to projects in the automotive or construction sectors considered an advantage.
• Ability to work within the confines of strict confidentiality agreements (NDA). -
• A relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. -
