Assistant Management Accountant Hybrid - 2 days on-site Nottingham based Full study support Eaton Syalon are working with a business in Nottingham to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant into their finance team. This role will suit candidates who are AAT qualified and looking to take on further study, or those who are currently studying CIMA/ACCA and are keen to continue. Key Responsibilities: - Ownership of prepayments and accruals - Process sales invoices, monitor the AR ledger and promptly chase overdue debts - Prepare and post journals (accruals, prepayments, recharges) with detailed working papers - Review expense claims and ensure appropriately processed in accordance with the policy - Post non-system generated bank postings and reconcile all bank accounts - Create, dispose and depreciate fixed assets in accordance with policy and maintain the register - Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations - Contribute to process improvements and problem-solving within the finance function - Support month-end closing activities and provide assistance during audits - Support with ad-hoc analysis work - Assist with the processing of supplier invoices and ..... full job details .....
