You will play a pivotal role within the finance team, managing accounts staff, preparing management accounts, and supporting commercial decision-making across the group.Duties of a Management AccountantIn this role, you will be responsible for: Leading and supporting a small accounts.Overseeing sales administration processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Preparing management accounts, forecasts, and financial analysis.Assisting with group-level projects and growth initiatives. Skills and Experience of a Management AccountantAs a Management Accountant, you need experience with: Dealership or automotive accounts.Producing management accounts and financial reports.Managing or mentoring small finance teams. It would be beneficial to the Management Accountant role if you also had: ACCA / CIMA qualification.Experience with multi-division or group-level businesses.Strong leadership and organisational skills.
