We are hiring for a Management Accountant in Derby.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse and growing company within the automotive industry. You will play a pivotal role within the finance team, managing accounts staff, preparing management accounts, and supporting commercial decision-making across the group.

Duties of a Management Accountant

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting a small accounts.
• Overseeing sales administration processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Preparing management accounts, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Assisting with group-level projects and growth initiatives.

Skills and Experience of a Management Accountant

As a Management Accountant, you need experience with:

• Dealership or automotive accounts.
• Producing management accounts and financial reports.
• Managing or mentoring small finance teams.

It would be beneficial to the Management Accountant role if you also had:

• ACCA / CIMA qualification.
• Experience with multi-division or group-level businesses.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
