Assistant Independent Living PartnerLocation: BordonRate: Up to £21.31 per hour (Umbrella)Contract: 3-month temporary contractHours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm)We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Independent Living Partner to join a leading housing provider in Bordon on a 3-month temporary contract.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in housing management and tenancy support who is passionate about helping residents live independently and sustain their tenancies.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality housing management and tenancy support to residents.Support customers to maintain independent living and achieve positive outcomes.Carry out welfare visits, property inspections and tenancy-related visits.Build strong relationships with residents, partner agencies and support services.Maintain accurate records and update internal IT systems.Identify safeguarding concerns and make appropriate referrals where required.Respond to customer enquiries and provide practical advice and support.Work independently while managing a varied caseload and prioritising workloads.Promote resident wellbeing and tenancy sustainment.About YouPrevious experience working within Housing Management, Independent Living, Supported Housing, Tenancy Support, or a similar housing-related role.Experience working independently and managing your own caseload.Strong record-keeping and IT skills.Excellent communication and customer service ..... full job details .....
