Independent Living Cleaner

Job description

• Provide-high-quality cleaning-across communal areas-of Independent Living-schemes
• Complete-scheduled and ad-hoc cleaning tasks-to maintain excellent-standards
• Operate and manage-the on-site-laundry service where-applicable
• Carry out weekly-water outlet-flushing and assist-with compliance tasks, including fire alarm-testing
• Report maintenance issues, health &-safety concerns and-customer welfare matters
• Maintain cleaning supplies-and support the-upkeep of communal-facilities and-guest rooms
• Deliver excellent customer-service and respond-professionally to customer-queries
• Work closely with-colleagues to ensure-a safe, clean-and welcoming environment

Requirements

• Previous professional-cleaning experience
• Laundry service experience-desirable
• Good-communication and customer-service skills
• Able to work-independently, prioritise tasks and-adapt to changing-workloads
• Knowledge of Health-& Safety and COSHH regulations
• Basic record-keeping-and IT skills
• Full UK driving-licence and willingness-to travel between-sites
• Flexible to work-occasional evenings or-weekends when required
