About the Role Working within the across the Infrastructure projects (Rail, Aviation, Defence, Power, Highways) you will play a key role in supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK. As Regional Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for leading health, safety and wellbeing performance across the region, driving a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards of compliance, governance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead Health, Safety and Wellbeing activities across the region, providing visible and effective leadership. Develop and support operational teams while advising senior leaders on governance, compliance and performance improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, industry standards and company policies. Oversee risk management processes, auditing programmes and assurance activities across multiple contracts.
