They have an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemesKey tasks and Responsibilities

Organisation and preparation of detailed design drawingsCo-ordination with contractors on siteDevelop project briefs and prepare and present design proposalsProduce, analyse and advise on detailed specificationsCarry out design-stage risk assessmentsLiaison with building control authority, fire authority and other regulatory bodiesDevelop design information to detailed status and maintenance of drawing informationAttendance at design coordination meetings and construction site meetingsPersonal Specification and Requirements

Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the businessExperience in working on Residential projects (traditional build houses and apartments)Good problem solver and work with minimal instructionPunctual, reliable and good practical skillsDegree qualified or Equivalent3 years minimum experienceEstablished track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression and looking for a good work life balance.
