Architectural Technician – Location: Chelmsford; Salary:£30-36,000. I am looking for an Architectural Technician with strong technical skills to join a RIBA chartered practice in Chelmsford. This friendly and supportive team have an excellent reputation and deliver projects across the residential, retail, and healthcare sectors, always producing innovative and sustainable designs.Responsibilities

Produce accurate technical drawings in line with client specifications and project requirementsContribute to the development of design solutions from concept through to completionWork closely with architects, clients, and consultants to ensure project successEnsure compliance with relevant building regulations and industry standardsQualifications

Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural TechnologyStrong post-qualification experience within a UK-based practiceProven track record in residential project deliveryExcellent technical knowledge and detailing skillsProficient in AutoCADAbility to work independently and collaborativelySelf-motivated, organised, and detail-focusedBased locally to ChelmsfordHow to apply
