We collaborate with top-tier operators, developers, consultants, and high-net-worth clients.We are currently looking for a proactive and technically skilled Architectural Technician to support the delivery of an innovative and world-class aviation project. You’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life whilst ensuring every design meets regulatory standards and is built to last.Base pay range

Technical Drawings and Documentation

Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and RevitDevelop construction packages, schedules, and specificationsEnsure full compliance with current building regulations and codesDesign Development

Translate conceptual designs into buildable solutionsResolve technical detailing in collaboration with architects and consultantsRegulatory Compliance

Apply current building regs and planning policiesSite and Construction Support

Respond to RFIs and clarify design intent during build phaseQuality and Sustainability

Ensure accurate records and document controlApply sustainable and cost-effective design principlesSupport and Collaboration

Support the day-to-day studio operationsContribute to team meetings and project discussionsWhat You’ll Bring
