The Architectural Technician Role:A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a growing, multi-disciplinary team based in Chelmsford. The company delivers large-scale, residential-led development projects and is looking to expand its regional presence to support planning and technical delivery across the South and East of England.

You''ll work on a variety of housing and master planning schemes, producing high-quality planning and technical drawing packages for projects at various stages from pre-application through to delivery. The role will involve close collaboration with local planning authorities, clients and consultants.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity for an Architectural Technician seeking involvement in major residential developments while progressing their career in a supportive and design-led environment.
