We’re hiring for an Applications Support Analyst (Acturis) to support our growing Technology team

We are recruiting for an Applications Support Analyst (Acturis) to support our core insurance platforms, ensuring seamless operations across the business. Working within a dynamic environment and closely with the Senior Analyst, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for application-related support and change requests, particularly within insurance broker management systems.With over 600 people in the UK and Ireland and over 8,000 employees worldwide, NFP are part of the Aon group and specialise in helping businesses in four core areas:Insurance

Experience supporting end users including insurance accounts, claims and finance handlersTroubleshooting skills with escalation to third-party providers as neededStrong Acturis platform knowledge and understanding of data structures preferredProficiency with enterprise-level service desk systemsExcellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to train others, share knowledge, take initiative and work dependablySupporting employees via phone, in-person, or other channels, ensuring excellent service and thorough documentationAssisting with application issues, future acquisitions and business integrationsLogging and managing incidents and service requests using enterprise-level ticketing systemsSupporting application integration, data migration and onboarding processes during acquisitionsWhat you''ll love about working here
